If you run lead-form ads on TikTok, this connection is what turns a form submission into a customer record and a conversation — without anyone downloading a spreadsheet.

What it does for you

Leads arrive within moments of the form being submitted. They become real customer records in Escape, and your follow-up starts on its own — the first text goes out while they are still holding their phone.

That speed is the entire value. You are paying for these leads. A lead answered in minutes and a lead answered tomorrow are two completely different close rates, and the gap is bigger on social platforms than anywhere else — people fill in a form on impulse and forget they did it within the hour.

Without this connection, TikTok leads sit in TikTok's system until someone exports them. In practice that means daily at best, and never on weekends.

🔴 Before you spend a penny: know what happens automatically

The moment a lead comes in, Escape starts messaging them. That is the point, but it means the follow-up has to be right before the ads run — not after.

Make sure you know:

  • What the first message says, and that it sounds like your shop
  • How many follow-ups go out, and over how long
  • Where the lead lands so your office can see them
  • What stops the follow-up when they reply or book

Ask us to walk you through it. It takes ten minutes and it is much cheaper than finding out from an annoyed customer.

What you need on your side

  • A TikTok Ads Manager account with admin access
  • At least one lead form already built in TikTok — the connection attaches to the form, so the form has to exist first
  • The login and two-factor phone available during setup

Getting it connected

Ask support, and tell us which form if you have several — each one is connected individually.

🔴 Test it with a real submission before you scale spend

Fill in your own form yourself, on your own phone, before the budget goes up. Watch the lead land in Escape and watch the first message arrive. It costs you one click and it is the only way to know the whole chain works.

Do this every time you build a new form, too. A new form is a new connection — the last one working does not mean this one does.

Good to know

  • Ad spend is between you and TikTok. Escape does not bill for it and does not manage it.
  • Only the fields on the form come through. If you do not ask for a phone number, you cannot text them. Keep forms short, but a name and phone number are the minimum worth having.
  • Leads that came in before the connection do not import. Export those from TikTok and send them over if you want them loaded.
